Scholarship Fund
By supporting Levey Day School, you are helping to set tuition that is affordable to as many families as possible and strengthening the wonderful work of our teachers and students.
Your support enables us to develop recruitment and retention of qualified faculty and staff; maintain small class sizes to provide highly individualized attention; provide access to appropriate technology; include enrichment and experiential opportunities beyond our core program and to make our program accessible to a diverse student body.

Matching Gifts
You may be able to multiply your support each year by making use of your employer’s matching gift program. Companies have various methods by which you can submit your matching gift request—online forms, automated phone systems, or a paper form that you submit. Contact your company’s human resources officer to find out what your options are.
Stock Gifts
Gifts of marketable stocks or mutual fund shares that have appreciated can have an immediate impact on Levey Day School —and also create an immediate income tax deduction for you based on the assets’ current value.
Memorial and Honorary Gifts
You can make a gift in memory or honor of a teacher, student, relative, or friend. Making an honorary or memorial gift is a generous and thoughtful way to recognize a person’s life and accomplishments. When you make an honorary or memorial gift, we will (if requested) notify the honoree or next of kin, and will administer the gift as you direct.
PLANNED GIVING
Through a variety of funds, and many attractive giving techniques, you can take care of our school today, while also guaranteeing its future. Here are a few of the ways that you can help us to continue our mission of Learning for a Lifetime:
- Bequests: . If you plan to make a charitable gift by will, please think it through carefully. Then, meet with your attorney to discuss and update your will. Tell him or her exactly what you want to do. Be as clear as possible in describing what you want given to whom. We hope you will tell us when you have named Levey Day School in your will. We would very much like the opportunity to thank you for your generosity.
- Trusts: Set up a trust where you and your spouse will receive income for life, receive a tax deduction now, and provide a bequest for the Levey Day School when you are gone.
- Life Insurance: Give a life insurance policy to the Levey Day School. You can gift an existing policy, or take out a policy with us as the beneficiary. Once you assign the policy to the Foundation, your premium payments become tax-deductible gifts to the Levey Day School Foundation.
ENDOWMENT
Endowments create the foundation upon which we build lasting financial strength and ensure academic quality. Once in place, endowments provide permanent support for teaching and research, student aid, and an abundance of other academic programs and activities. Gift to the Endowment provide Levey Day School with money for scholarships and academic programs that enable us to provide a highly challenging and enriched educational experience for our students.
